SHIPPING POLICY
We provide Worldwide shipping service.
We will always ship to the delivery address submitted on the order.
We ship all products by ground or priority mail through USPS which is insured, unless otherwise noted.
During hot summer months, you MUST ship to an indoor address (work, an apartment office, etc.) where someone can bring the candles inside - as they will melt if delivered to a mailbox or left outside. We are not responsible for candles that melt.

Unfortunately, we do not have any more information than you do once an item is shipped. If there is a problem with your shipment, please contact your local post office and give them the tracking number.

Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
